Ash and Rose: Florals and Black

Today I'm modeling a look that I love from ethical shop Ash&Rose! The older I get (I'm closer now to 30 than I am to 20, yikes!), the more I find myself gravitating toward more "old fashioned", ladylike silhouettes. Mini skirts and leggings still have their place, don't get me wrong, but there's something about an elegant a line midi skirt, a tailored blazer, or a pair of high waisted trousers that makes me feel glamorous and powerful.

I love that the dress has a bit of stretch to it- it's comfortable and easy to move in, and it's form-fitting in the bodice before flowing out into a lovely twirl-worthy skirt. The dress could easily transition from a day at the office paired with a blazer and heels to dinner with the girls with a statement necklace and cute ballet flats. The detail on the clutch is gorgeous and the colors pop against an all-black outfit- chic and bold. How would you style this dress? Let me know in the comments below!
